What do you guys think about this semi-competitive fluffy blood angels lost brotherhood list?

Command:
-DC chaplain

Core:
-Death company strike force:
1 DC chaplain
5 man DC squad with PW and jump packs
5 man DC squad with PW and jump packs
10 man DC squad with PW (no jump packs)

Aux:
-Lucifer armoured task force:
1 techmarine no upgrades
3 Baal predators with flamestorm cannons, heavy flamers and storm bolters
1 Land raider Redeemer with multimelta
-Rapid assault force
5 man assault squad with 2 meltas in a drop pod
5 man assault squad with 2 meltas in a drop pod
5 man assault squad with 2 meltas in a drop pod

The plan for this list is basically put my 10 man DC squad and techmarine in the land raider, the command DC chaplain (my warlord) in a 5 man DC squad and the other DC chaplain in another 5 man DC squad.
Ideally i would want to have first turn so everything in my army can move up fast thanks to the scout rule and fast tanks, overwhelm my enemy and try to burn/melta/assault everything in sight with support from my two drop podding assault squads for some tank hunting.
The main weakness of this list is that i dont have anything to deal with flyers but thats ok xd

I love this idea. It feels very Blood Angels-y! My book is on order, but does the DC formation's 6" move stack with the tank formations scout move?

The tax of the extra chaplain and techmarne hurts. I'm gonna try this list out but probably drop the assault squads and Baal sponson upgrades in hopes of fielding a tank or two more, or adding more DC bodies. Might also slim the land raider squad down to field another jumpy squad.

I believe it does stack, which can be very useful to get those flamers in range turn one! haha
Yep, the techmarine is a little bit of an annoyance but it can make the land raider survive longer i guess xd I dont really mind the tax of the extra chaplain as the liturgies of blood rule makes the DC squad extra lethal
I was also considering removing the sponsons and strom bolters from the Baal preds to make it a 1750 point list

whoops, its true hahaha i would change 2 assault squad for the DC dred with blood talons in a pod and then i would have 30 points to spend somewhere else

I've toyed with a very similar list - filling the space with infiltrating scouts to try and snipe out anything too nasty T1.

I prefer the volume of shots the Baal HB sponsons bring (likewise LR Crusader), but apart from that it's pretty similar (can't decide whether dakka or flamer tanks make better use of the formation bonuses. It's only a 10 point swing either way)

While Scout would prevent a first turn assault, the 10 DC / LR combo can deploy 12", redeploy 6", move 6", disembark 6" and still charge, so they might be able to catch something first turn.

I'm also reading it as needing the Baals as 3 separate units (rather than a squadron of three), so no rerolling wounds. Happy to be corrected on that though!

It does mean you end up lighter on melta, so you, erm, might get stuck punching tanks.
