The power fist on your warlord is going to be a huge waste of points unfortunately, lets face it you never want that unit to get into CC and if it does at initiative 1 he's probably going to die before getting to use it.

Personally i'd drop it and give your vehicles some upgrades, otherwise it's a decent list.

Depending on play style 2 demolishers may be a bit much, it'll takes a lot of skill to use them to full effect, you may find one of the longer range ones can be useful to sit back and shoot but give it a go and see.

What upgrades do you think I should put on which vehicles?
I was contemplating exchanging my command squad and Vendetta for a couple more Leman Russ tanks (one with Tank Commander). Would this be a good idea???

I would drop the chimeras on the infantry platoon and add a third squad, blobbing them up into one large unit with a commissar. Use it behind an Aegis Defense Line to hold a point and add the Quad Gun for the commissar to fire.

definitely drop the power fist on the commander and your vehicles don't really require any upgrades. At most, maybe take a pintle mounted gun on your demolishers so you have something to trash if a "weapon destroyed" result comes up. This way you don't lose your main gun for at least another round.
