It looks like a pretty solid list. Depending on what you're facing 2xMM and 2xFlamers should have some great utility. My only critique here is that this is Kill Team. Giving 40 points in melee upgrades to models that, without a squad soaking wounds, are just as easy to kill as everyone else seems like a bad time. I know that AP3 power sword is tempting in a world where 3+ is the best save...but your oppenent is never going to let those Superiors anywhere near combat if they know what's good for them. Those 40 points could be used for more bodies...or better yet for a Rhino to make sure your special/heavy weapons get where they need to go. Also mobile cover! Yay!

My Sisters kill team is just a straight 10 woman Dominion squad with 3 meltaguns and a Rhino. They all get scout and the ability to start the game in the transport or not since they were all bought as one squad. Adds a lot of flexibility while sacrificing access to heavy weapons. Report back on how your list works out though, would like to know.

Exliontamer,
Thanks for the feedback. I'm counting on the Superiors as count-assault unit models, but your point is well made about their CC. I've just bought these models off of ebay (haven't even gotten them in hand yet). GW is doing a Kill Team Event throughout October, and the FLGS is in on it. I'm excited.
