I have two lists here which are both pretty similar, but I'm not sure which one to use. Which one do you guys think is better?

I'd probably go with the Spider list since Hawks are a bit sub-par both with the draft FAQ and at only 5 models per unit.

Just curious, but why don't you have at least 1 Wraithcannon WK? Surely one of them would come in handy for taking out big targets on Turn 1, or any units that are too far to charge. With so many other WKS advancing forward, the lack of Invul shouldn't be an issue.

Well with the amount of Knight's you've got there I doubt you're playing ITC or anywhere with list restrictions! In any case, I think a marine Air Superiority detachment will really hurt you if they go second with their objective secured hover.

As with Imperial Knight lists and other low model count lists, I'd be worried that if they managed to kill a couple of the knights you'd be in trouble...

That is a disgustingly sick list. Hordes or Flyer-spam list would be your only weakness.

Hordes less so than flyers since the deathshroud cannon fires a hellstorm template or a 7" blast. Also, since most hordes tend to have low I, the spiders would probably be OK as well.

True, but I wasn't talking about horde units, but a horde army. Thing Green tide. Even with 2 DeathShouds you would have enough shots to kill all of an army like this.
Fortunately, those kinds of armies do not show up at Tourneys because they take too long to play.
