I believe the nemesis strikeforce only has 2 heavy support slots

He is correct on only having 2 Heavy Slots, so you have to lose a knight. While cool the Inquisitor isn't actually doing a lot for you, you already brutalized daemons 95% of the time. Dropping him gives you 160 points to play with. Drop Scatter lasers from wraith knight (honestly you'll kill whatever you charge and being tempted to shoot guns Forces you into having only 2 charge targets) That gives you 190 I believe. Drop Halberd and Falchions from Terminator Squad for 6 points, then field a mirror squad to your first terminator squad and reorganize your GK into a CAD. Now you can legally have 3 DK, you've doubled your ObSec and gained 4 models.

Right about the HS slots.
I'd also drop the Inquistor and squeeze in another GK troop unit. Ob sec shouldnt get underestimated.

Switching it to a CAD does seem like a good idea. I originally had the Inquisitior less to kill daemons and more to cram in another psycannon on the cheap. Let me fiddle with it and bring it back.

Alright, I redid it taking suggestions into account with a bit of my preferences added. Here it is again:

I took your advice on making a CAD and altering the first Terminator group, but I figured the second Terminator group might serve equally well as a tarpit clearer. With the Falchions, the squad will have 20 attacks on the charge and a template weapon to help with cover and horde units. This way, I'm not relying entirely on the Dreadknight templates to clear them.

Honestly terminators are not super great at clearing tarpits, even with 20 attacks on the charge likely hood is if they're a decent tarpit you won't make a big enough dent to clear them out. I additionally am not a fan of Halberd, S5 isn't much better than S4, especially when you get to easily up that to S6 and not spend points. My standard build for Terminator units is;

5 man
Hammer on Justicar (give him a chance if he gets challenged by someone with a 2+)
Psycannon
195 Pts

That unit charges with 12 S4 or S6 AP3 attacks after shooting 4 S7 AP4 rending shots (seriously psycannons are the best weapon for terminators possible) and 10 S4 AP5S

You shouldn't have a worry on tarpits, you have Scatter bikes. And dreadknights seriously just melt most hordes (they have to cracking T6 2+ which most things you take in numbers just can't do) sure you're tarpited, but honestly it's better to have your Dreadknights stuck in than having your ObSec terminators you need to hold an objective and solve problems from bigger threats. Literally 1 hammer with force up will just butt munch any greater daemon (oh look I hit on 4s re-rolling, oh look I wound on 2s re-rolling, good luck on your 5+ to not die) and has damn good chance even against other MCs (you're still wounding on 2s against most things who are now hoping and praying for an invul of some sort). Also if you drop those halberds and can find 12 more points, Soul Glaives is ridiculous.

Are you willing to field more Eldar? If so, I would suggest sticking with the NSF with only 2 DKs. Afterall, you also have a WK.

That way you can also drop the second Termie unit and use the points for more Scatterbikes, and better still, some ranged anti-tank. Like some Hornets with Pulse Lasers, or Fire Dragons in a Falcon. This could be a very nice list:
