Anyone played this? Looks pretty fun and has a great cooperative pirate theme to it.

I backed it. Only had a chance to play it once so far a couple months ago but it was lots of fun. It's very much in my pile o' "take me out and play me again" board games, I just dont have the free time I used to.
The basic idea is that you're all looting a ship that is on fire and full of angry ghost pirates. You reveal new tiles as you explore, juggling the efforts to put out fires with battling hordes of skeletons pouring down the stairs.
Component quality and rules clarity are both good. I'd have to look at the rulebook again to answer any further questions though.

Right on, it definitely seemed awesome and in the vein of games I love, like "Forbidden Island", "Pandemic", etc.
My only annoyance was with the "Meeple" style tokens, but that's a minimal part for me

Eager to play this. It's probably #1 on my to-get list. I'm a bit indifferent to the theme, but I love co-op games, and this looks like a great one.

It's a blast, but pretty dang hard (several ways to lose!) Definitely worth the purchase, though

Good to hear. And I should clarify, I'm not necessarily indifferent to the theme as a whole. Pirates I'm neutral on, but yeah, escaping a burning ship (or home, temple, etc) while trying to gather treasure sounds really fun.
Have you played Freedom: The Underground Railroad? That's the other game that's up at the top of my to-get list. Another supposedly great co- op game.
