no answers so far. so ill try to help a bit.

i would buy a second hive tyrant, with wings, 2 scything talons, +s , toxic miasma (,NO +WS),warpfield (optional)
you can never have enought hive tyrants.

i would not equip a barbed strangler to a ht because it doesnt use its 3 attacks.a waste. you should use the barbed strangler for carnifexes.i woulnd use acid maw. i would give it a second guard if playing with 1500+. i would equip a devourer instead of the barbed strangler (or 2 devourers if you like to focus on anti infatry fire). i would not use +SV but rather use warpfield, if you want to improve the save at all.

i would not equip +sv to a carnifex (as for the ht), simply to expansive. 5 wounds are enough. only helps against s8 ds3 missile launchers that people tend not to use. if they use anti tank fire, they use lascannons.

genestealers - i would use 3*8 broods. rest is fine.

hormagaunts - if fighting meq i would tool +s +ws +i - your build is well also.

gaunts - do not equip devourers here. use spinefist if you want them to soak fire and bound stronger troops in close combat or use the third weapon (forgot the eng. name for it) if you want to shoot meq (which shouldnt be the job of gaunts).

warriors - use TL devourers and no scything talons on 2 of them and the barbed strangler on the 3rd. +s +sv +ws is fine. anyway, warriors are no good units in my eyes - they are very expansive and fragile. you pay much for theire inbuild synapse creature ability which you will not need if you have a 2nd hive tyrant and maybe 1 or 2 zoantropes. with zoantropes youll have your synapse better protected and with a smaler footprint with more firepower (optional).

i would definetly test your army with proxys bevor buying this list have a nice day.
