Is there a chance in the Warp that GW will bring my favorite game of theirs, Battlefleet Gothic, back?

Not yet. Adeptus Titanicus is apparently next on the SG list.

The original "Specialist Design Studio" announcement mentioned BFG by name, so the chances are good that they'll bring it back. It is not, however, next - as Filbert says, Adeptus Titanicus seems to be next on their list (as we've heard actual updates on that front).

After that, my gut instinct is that they'll probably approach Necromunda. A plastic Necromunda release would mesh very well with the existing model ranges, so will be less effort to bring to market than BFG (and can expect a lot of cross-sales from modellers who aren't even interested in the rules).

Still, I would expect BFG eventually.

I'll hope they consider Necromunda/Mordheim (or whatever it would be in the AoS area...?) first.

BFG would have to combat a lot of fleet games at the moment (including the Star Wars Armada, HALO fleet battles, Dropfleet Commander etc.)
