I don't know about best, but my homebrew Guard's is "Ever Forwards!" which is a shortened cry from a longer, official march line; "We ride, we ride on, ever forwards and unto the enemy, we ride." Sometimes, when used as a greeting or salute, it's replied with "Never Back", although this is unofficial. 1222nd Etrurian Lancers, mechanized infantry (and/or armoured cavalry?) regiment.

For loyalist space marines, I've always been a fan of the Black Templar battlecry: "No Pity! No Remorse! No Fear!" as well as the Salamanders "Into the fires of battle! Unto the anvil of war!"

Yea, that's probably the best one. Just the right amount of heresy.
I also like "You are inferior!" from the Banshees in DoW 1. And these two, from the Daemon Prince and from the Avatar of Khaine (though they're not really battle cries): "On your knees when you beg of me!" and "I walk again... a god amongst mere mortals."

He is a psyker, not a sorcerer. There is a technical difference (I think Abnett has chaos psykers somewhere too). My personal way of looking at it is comparing them to D&D wizard subclasses. The psyker with their natural talent is a sorcerer (confusing I know), while a 40k sorc is a D&D warlock (making bargains/rituals).
I feel like this would be an interesting tidbit that GW could use. Have a sorc and a chaos psyker interacting with each other, with the Psyker being the snob and looking down at the Sorc.

I've always been a fan of 'Blood Runs, Anger Rises, Death Wakes, War Calls!' from the Eldar.
Does pale in comparison to most of the Greenskin chants though:
