Just curious, as I have just moved to the area for school, if there area any 40kers in the area beyond the Springfield GW store? I am just coming back to 7ed and would love to get some games under my belt. I have anywhere b/t 500 and 1500 Points ready to go. Let me know!

NOVA

I'm just getting back into the game myself and live in Fairfax. We have two GW stores in the area (Springfield and Fair Oaks). Games can be had at both stores but you never know who/what will be there. I'd be happy to meet for a game sometime. PM me.

The Imperium of Man: White Scars - 1200, Raven Guard - 110 pts, Imperium - 550 pts
Tomb World: Nameless Dynasty - 270 pts

How convenient, I was just about to make a post about this. I live in DC but could drive down to the Springfield GW! PM me!

There's also huzzah up in ashburn doing 40k pretty regular from the sound of it, and its a really nice store. The island in chantilly mostly does 9th age (well, really more magic, x-wing and board games), but I've also seen occasional 40k games there, so it'd be another place to try.

Huzzah looks pretty good, but is further away for me (about an hour compared to 35 minutes to GW in Springfield), I would definitely trek out there for one of their ITC tournaments though

So far Showtime, Quix and I have had successful games with more scheduled this week if anyone else is interested and in the area. Seems like we will hover between 1000-1500ish points.

I just got back into the game for 8th and I'm looking for a few good gaming groups! I live in Woodbridge and mostly frequent Guild Gaming, but I'm down to drive out to Fairfax or Springfield (Or the long haul to Huzzah when there's a tournament). I play anything from fluffy casual lists to competitive, and at any point level. Hit me up!
