Drop the plasma pistol on the ccs and buy a regimental standard. The shear amount of infantry you have will make it well worth it.

What is your plan with the infantry squads? Make them into a blob or run them separately? At the moment it looks like your horde would be far stronger in a CAD with priests/commissars as back up and running a lot of guardsmen as conscripts? I believe this configuration below costs 70pts less than your infantry component, gains 40 bodies, and your troops will now almost NEVER run away, which makes them far more valuable. I prefer autocannons/lascannons compared with specials, but you could vary it based on personal preferences A CAD would also open up the possibility of taking more wyverns, which is rarely a bad thing...

Giving the sergeants bolters is also pretty good if you fancy some simple converting - 1pt per model is well worth it

I think you have too much gear on your CCS - I'd give them a Master of Ordnance and leave it at that. They're already your opponent's number 1 target out of your infantry and giving them lots of upgrades only adds to that. If you want more psychic, giving the primaris ML2 would be a better bet in my opinion.
