With all of my armies in the past, I always had an idea. I've decided to look at getting back into the hobby.

Gold armor with purple cloth for the Most Honored and Revered Lost Company. It's a riff on the whole "noble yet tainted" theme of BA lore, and if anyone's oging to go out in a blaze of glory, why not look absolutely Pimpin' while doing so? <Bonus points awarded for having a marine with a top hat and a Thunder Cane.

"Base" could mean anything really, so I am going to totally derail your expectations and recommend you look at terrain. What kind of "world" do you see your marines in, if you were to put them on a display board? Are they in an urban DMZ, a jungle/ river patrol, a grassy plain, a canyon, or the Sahara Desert? My lads are going to receive a wild western makeover soon, so that sort of thing is up to you...>

Its my understanding that a new ed is about to be released for 40k. I've also heard that BA will be getting a new dex? Are you able to confirm any of this.

There have been no rumors about BA getting a new dex. Additionally, the rumor about 8th edition has been around since 7th dropped. We have no idea when 8th will come around. It could be in a month, it could be in a year, it could be in ten years (well, ten is unlikely). We simply have no idea, it's conjecture right now without facts to base it upon.
