Hi, im trying to make my Guard list more competitive and Chaosy at the same time. Does anyone know where to find 1) the lost and the damned army list and 2) could anyone explain to me the difference between lost and the damned and renegades and Astra militarum?

First you will need either one of these, or both, from Forgeworld.

-Imperial Armor : Siege of Vraks. (Can be themed for Khorne or Nurgle)
-Imperial Armor 13: Warmachines of the Lost and Dammed. (All 4 chaos gods)

"Competitive" depending on how well you can play this type of army. Your models will generally be cheaper, but for a hit against its effectiveness and utility.

Main difference is less BS. Less armor. No orders. Cheaper. (Though have to buy more models).
Though you gain better tar-pit troops. Can mix in Chaos marines, chaos spawn (which are good in this book). Significant conversion and model options.
