Hey guys! I'm curious, i'd love to make bases like this for my nurgles. What materials do I need for it? I couldn't find a guide regarding how to do this. Does anyone have some pro tips on how theyd replicate it?

The swamp could be nurgle rot and gloss slightly watered down.or a clear resin on top of paint. The marine well find the right model, the rest of the base not so sure.

Also the new gem paint in green will give a wet glossy effect if used right

Bubbles are done by gluing small beads or Styrofoam balls to the base and painting over them. I would guess the layering is done by using thin layers of plasticard, cork, or something else similar, possibly texture paint.
