Only thoughts I have are taking warscythe and phase shifter off lord to put in 2 more tomb blades,

I dislike having a heavy destroyer in with normal destroyers, can make some firing annoying

I personally like the tau with the burst cannons rather than the ion accelerator. I also agree that the heavies should be taken out and invested elsewhere.

Ditto on not mixing Heavy Destroyers and Destroyers. If you must pick one because of available models, Destroyers are all around better. Splitting up the Tomb Blades into two squads of three will give you more flexibility.
