So for something a little different i thought i would post about what i have been working on collecting, iam trying to collect the force first before i start painting them up.
We are playing Cold war era Team Yankee/ NAm. It is mostly the Stoping the REd tide rules just some of the models are based differently then the rules.
So for a alternative army i have been collecting a TAliban force. As for the rules i just provie then out as NVA or Vietcong. Currently i am devloping rules and Intel breifing. The time period is the mid 80s,
BAsically were playing the Soviet Afgan war, Execpt we currently do not have a Soviet force. Just the good USA Mech infantry.So it is the Americans vs TAliban,The Nam rules work out pretty decent.
I am currently working on few lists, Local forces, armor and Infantry, I would like to add lists for a fortified,Mech and Assault companies. i know the Warlords didnt have proper force org/ companies. But i need something to be alittle more proper.
So for now i will leave a few piks of what models i have they are mostly Khurasan with few MJs,Fly Trap Factory mixed in and FLashpoint. I am currently waiting for the PSC T-55 kit to be released before i add any TAnks for support.

Are you just looking at battles or including scenarios with civilians, etc? What about contacts like with IEDs?
