Bolt Pistol - Unchanged
Grav, Fusion, Plasma pistols are always 12" range. Plasma pistols loses gets hot. All now cost 10pts
Lasgun - S3 Ap6, Burst fire - 5 shots per gun - price unchanged
Bolter - Unchanged
Storm Bolter - Profile - 18" S4 Ap5 Assault 3 - price unchanged
Combi Weapons - Unchanged, aside from changes to the underslung weapon listed below

Special weapons
Heavy Bolter - Name Changed to "SBW" or Squad Bolter Weapon - becomes a special weapon - 36" S5 Ap4, Assault 4 - 5pts
Flamer - S5, Ap4, Assault 1 template - price unchanged
Melta Gun - unchanged
Grav-Gun - 2 shots only - only 10pts

Lascannon - new rule - piercing - unsaved wounds caused by this weapon cause d3 wounds instead of 1. Penetrating hits by this weapon remove d3 hull points instead of 1 - price unchanged
Missile Launcher - Flakk missiles now included as 3rd profile, Frag missile gains large blast, krak missile gains small blast - 20pts
Auto-Cannon- now Heavy 4 - 10pts
Assault cannon - 36" - 15pts

Twin-linking weapons add 5pts

Other weapons
Shotgun - 18" range - No scatter small blast, S4 Shred- 5pts
Sniper Rifles - 15pts

Sniper changes Applies game wide to any army that has sniper weapons- Focus - units with the sniper rule or weapons with the sniper rule are subject to "focus". Focused units - all shots from sniper weapons are precision shots. All wounds ignore armor saves. If he focus roll fails none of the shots can be precision shots and the roll damage roll follows the weapon profile. To activate Focus, roll 2d6 for each unit with sniper weapons prior to that unit shooting. IIf this roll is under the unit's BS that unit has Focus.
Unknown Enemy - Lookout sir rolls cannot be taken against any hits from a sniper weapon regardless of focus being active.

Hell Hound Inferno Cannon - Ap3

It's a start. I think that we could upgrade the other races to follow suit.

Part of the idea is to make other guns viable aside from grav. then it turned into update all guns.

Basically I want to do all the races so that there's some parity.

How about no.

Fusion pistol, you mean the Infernus pistol (aka melta pistol) that would make it just a meltagun that counts as a CCW for the same cost. Plus plasma getting gets hot is kind of it's thing.

Heavy bolter: it's quite clearly a heavy weapon, and it mounted on most Imperial vehicles, calling it a squad weapon would be silly.

What's wrong with current flame weapons?

Large blast plasma cannon would be *brutal* for only 15pts? no.

Why would krak missiles get large blast, the single shot is what they do. And frag missiles should not get large blast, it's a small infantry launcher not a main battle cannon.

You're doubling the autocannons shots and keeping it the same price? Why, it's already one of the best squad level heavy weapons the astartes can mount.

Shotguns getting blast?
No.

Focus seems kinda cool, but 15pts for a sniper weapon would be hella steep if you need to roll under a 4 on 2d6 to benefit.
And maybe remove the ignore armour thing, that's a bit silly.

If you want to make weapons other than grav viable, how about nerfing grav into line rather than giving me a spit take with your proposed cheese.

Every single thing here is poorly-thought out and would cause massive, massive game slowdown.

I'm trying my best to be polite but have you actually thought about the consequences of any of this? You've given a Guard Conscript better performance against every possible target in the game than a Space Marine that costs 4x as much, and you're asking the Guard player to roll 300 dice to attack with his Conscript blob.

Balanced Game: Noun. A game in which all options and choices are worth using.
