Quick question here, but from the Fracture book, I know a big deal has been made of the Croneswords, and that a few of them are known to be found (Yvraine's, the Visarchs's and Yriel's spear, plus the one found in the ground during one of the battles?), but my question is have all of them been found yet?

Nope there's one still left on that Crone World in the warp. Yvraine got one from there, but couldn't get the other.

Ah okay, so just one is remaining. Got it.
I'm asking because I'm mulling some concepts over for putting together a narrative campaign. A Cronesword would make one hell of a hook and prize.

Sort of. Prior to the revelation the Yriel's spear is the 5th Crownsword, Yvraine felt the presence for 2 of them on Belial IV, but was only able to retrieve one of them before having to flee.
So in the story we 'encounter" all 5, but are only shown 4 of them.

And this is exactly why GW left one of them "unclaimed". Go out and Forge that Narrative!

I'm fairly sure the blade Farsight wields is the last Crone sword. I could be wrong, but it just seems right to me.

It does seem to fit function-wise, but it can't simultaneously be in the Eye of Terror for Yvraine to feel its presence and simultaneously on the other side of the galaxy in the Farsight Enclaves.
Would be a neat way to stir up a conflict though. Could easily be fluffed that there's a webway portal stuck a little bit open from Belial to the Enclaves and she sensed its presence through that.

You're very wrong, it's on Belial IV in the Eye of Terror waiting for another expidition to try and claim it.

Farsight having it would have allowed them to shoehorn the Tau into GS a bit though.

Well, for the purposes of my campaign, the last one is going to be on Belial, though I admit it would be a cool idea for Farsight to have it. Though that's neither here nor there.
Instead, a follow-up question! As I'm putting this together, what I need now is a name for this sword, now I have noticed that there is a pretty consistent naming system for the Croneswords up to this point (Vilith-zhar, Kha-vit, Asu-var) , so I'm wondering if there is any actual Eldar naming conventions or words that could be used?

You could look up the Eldar lexicon and have a flick through for bits and pieces of words to mash together.
For instance, 'Zar' means 'silence', and I'm fairly certain that 'Asu' is a contraction or something related to Asurmen, which has connotations of nobility, rebirth, phoenixes and a number of other things.
Perhaps come up with a neat English name for it, and then try and fit some Eldar-sounding word-concepts around it
