Some situations that have come up for me that merit a 3rd party opinion.

Can you jink during overwatch? Declare a charge with your unit of bikes, opponent overwatches with plasma guns can you take a jink save in the process of assaulting?

Can you jink if a blast weapon scatters onto you? Jinking is meant to be declared when targeted prior to any rolls being made so it just seems like a no no. But it's def a question that has been raised.

Q: If a blast template scatters onto a Skimmer, can that Skimmer still Jink even though it was not actually targeted by the shot?
A: No.

Q: Can you Jink against Overwatch attacks?
A: Yes.
