Ghazghkall thraka gains 2++ on the turn he calls a waaagh! right? so if he is in the formation that allows for waaagh! to be called every turn including the 1st does that essentially mean he has a 2++ for the entire game?

Yes, that's correct. It's an expensive trick that heavily limits your army comp unless you're playing a very large game, but it absolutely works.

Can he be taken in that formation? I thought it was just a regular Warboss.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Through the council of Waagh formation as a command choice.

I haven't seen the new codex yet. Is the Waaagh every turn a command benefit for the detachment, or is it a formation specific bonus?
