Hello fellas.

I never liked the Defiler miniature, doesn't look as chaotic as I would like.

So after to many years and editions, finally GW released a model, ideal to be conversioned to how I think a Defiler must looks like.

Now, I'm working on the small arm and the base.

I hope post new pics soon.

All comments and advice are welcome.

I want to know how you made the thing! It looks awesome!

Many and varied forces in progress according to waxing & waning whims.

I may never finish an army in my life.

First, thanks.

Answering your question, it's very easy.

Parts from Hellfiend and Hellbrute boxes, also two claws of actual Defiler miniature. A bit of plasicard and greenstuff.

#HELLFIEND#
  • Torso

  • Neck

  • Tentacles

  • Plasma Cannon Head

  • #HELLBRUTE#
  • Hips

  • Autocannon

  • Tentacle Arm

  • Some plaques and organic tubes

  • #DEFILER#
  • Claws

  • That is the list of materials, I used.

You can see the parts in the pictures, but happy to answer any other question or doubt you have.

Now, I'm working on a Heavy Flammer and Havoc Launcher for the miniature, using parts of the same boxes.

    Looks awesome.

I find the spindly legs really unnerving, which really adds to the 'not of this world' look.
