Hi Guys im going to be attending my first serious 40k tournament in a few weeks the T.Os have requested that an army roster, listing all the equipment of units and point costs be shown on the roster, the problem is i have never made an army roster before, would anyone out there have some kind of template or know where i could view one online that can help me out with making my own. thanks

Easiest way is use the free army builder app and print it out. The harder way is create a full excel cheat sheet for yourself with all the info you need I do this myself sometimes if I don't want to open a codex often.

Honestly, just do something like this:

White Scars CAD
110-Librarian, Mastery Level 2, Force Staff, Hunter's Eye
95-5 Scouts with CCWs and Land Speeder Storm
70-5 Scouts with Sniper Rifles and Camo Cloaks

The point is, it should be very clear what everything is equipped with and how many total points they are.
