24 hours, a computer backup, and three attempts to export later and we FINALLY have this week's brand-new Glacial Geek Battle Report up! https://youtu.be/iRlyC-fStxA This week my combined forces of the Imperium (including the FULL Assassin Execution Force!) take on the Ynarri! The call was sent out that a new and terrifying xenos entity was located on an Imperial planet. It was described as Eldar Avatars had been described before. In response, Terra sent an Assassination Force to go eliminate the threat before it grew too powerful. Once they arrived, the assassins realized they were out numbered and out gunned and called for assistance. Quick response units from the Ultramarines and the Dark Angels Ravenwing answered the call and descended upon the planet to aid in removing the Ynarri threat. Will the Forces of the Imperium be able to cleanse this planet of the xenos filth, or will the Yncarne be able to muster their combined Eldar forces and wipe out the mon-keigh intruders? Watch and find out!

Well, gak! Once again your dice decided to crap all over you. That and your opponent had a really good list and knew what he was doing with it. The Ynarri are pretty nasty for sure. I've faced them once, albeit a very different list since my opponent had allied Eldar Corsairs. I have yet to beat any flavor of Eldar in competitive play myself. In the game you played, I would probably have conceded after turn 2 if it was going that badly. Obviously that wouldn't make a good batrep, though, so kudos for bravely soldiering on.

My armies (re-counted and updated on 11/1/23, including modeled wargear options):
Dark Angels: ~15000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Adeptus Custodes: ~1900 | Imperial Knights: ~2000 | Sisters of Battle: ~3500 | Leagues of Votann: ~1200 | Tyranids: ~2600 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000

Hahaha! Yeah, early concessions makes for bad videos ;-) ... How else are we supposed to laugh at how my dice abandon me if I don't roll them?! ;-) ... But yeah, they are a real beast to handle! This was my first time ever seeing them in action so I definitely made quite a few tactical errors ... I don't think a game against the Ynarri will ever be easy, but I think they can be beat :-)
