I'm going to be brutal. I mean no offense, but I have to give it to you straight.
That list is straight up trash and would lose to almost any match up I can think of.
Only two things in that army are remotely close to useful, which, sadly makes enemy target priority easy. That Sicaran is dead turn 1 as all anti armour will be pointed at it, then that Raider is going next, the rest will be mopped up at your opponents leisure.
The Vet squad is worthless, it won't hit as hard as you think it will but that's not really a problem because there is zero chance of a 5 man power armour squad is getting across the battle field.
For a foot slogging list, your tacs are too small, and they have the wrong upgrades. If you are starved for points, you are much better off going artificer armour/vexilla, than chainswords. At the moment that squad is just gonna run the first time anything shoots at it and will achieve absolutely nothing in CC.
5 man tac supports are almost as worthless as the veterans, and will never make it up the table, even in a rhino when they are the only low AP unit. The heavy weapon squad isn't bad, but it's still pretty small, maybe it could be an okayish squad in a harder hitting list, but it won't achieve much with as little support as it has.
Apothecaries are an almost wasted choice when they are going with tiny squads that are going to get mowed down anyway.
I would bet money that most mid tier, casual armies will consistently wipe you by turn two, turn three if you are a decent player.
I get you want the DG footslogger theme (I play them myself) Drop the vets and the tac support, make your tactical marines 15 man squads, give artificer armour, vexillas, power fists (scythes maybe, if you want some fluff).
Now, drop an apothecary because you only need 2 for the tacs.
I get the vibe that you aren't going for spending a lot of dough/aren't worried about being too competitive, so you can keep the missile squad instead of exchanging it for Quad mortars.
Add in a Contemptor if you want to be killing up close or a Scorpius if you want to hit from afar. Or both if you have the points.
Drop the rad grenades on the termies as they don't stack, and the Praetor already has them. If you have any points left then throw in a vindicator or something if you haven't spent all of your points yet.
You're wasting a ton of points on upgrades that will never be used on paper units. Get rid of those and you should have a decent amount of points to spend, without having to buy a ton of new toys.
