Hi guys

So I really like the old Stormcast extremis chamber models, and wanted to create a list that was centered around them. Unfortunatly, Dracothian guard units don't count as battleline anymore, so I have had to fill those spots with some of the normal chamber units.
I would like the list to be viable and still function. The theme of the army is the most important, but I would still like to have a realistic chance of winning games- my gaming group is pretty friendly and tends to shy away from OP builds.
So without further ado here is the list.

Lord Celestant on stardrake(-3 rend on 6's to wound - mount buff)
Lord Celestant on dracoth(-3 rend on 6's to wound - mount buff)
Lord Relictor(Armor of unbind a spell- artefact)

battleline
10 liberators
5 judicators
5 judicators

2x2 or 1x4 Concussors
1980 point

I have thought about changing the concussors for fullminators and then use the rest of the points for either a Lord Castellant og another lord relictor.

Please let me know what you think, any input and ideas will be greatly apreciated

Cheers

Isn't there a bit too few Dracothian Guard to call it an Extremis list? You could cut down on some of the Battleline to run more dragon cavalry. I don't know if that would be better or worse however. Also, I think only one mounted character can have a mount trait, you need a battalion to have a second mount trait. Also, the Lord Relictor gets an extra prayer, right? Which one are you going for?

Alaitoc Eldar: 5000p

Vampire Counts: 3000p

Death Korps of Krieg: 7000p

World Eaters: 2000p

Thank you for your answer Marzillius

Since I can't have a pure Extremis list anyway, I might as well get som battleline units that cover some of the areas this list need. That is reason for the 10 judicators and the relictor who can help with healing, debuff and anti magic.

Regarding the mount trait, I'm glad you brought this up. I'm not sure how all of the mount traits, totem traits and trait for the castelant (can't remember the name) works when it comes to how many you can have in an army. The way I read it, is that theese are all something every hero in that category can take - but still only one hero can take an artefact but I could be wrong.

I'm not sure which prayer I will take for the relictor. Unless I'm going up against a very magic heavy army, I would take the Chariot prayer. That thing will be so awesome on a unit of Dracothian Guard. If it were a magic heavy army I might go for the attempt to unbind prayer.

Cheers

Updated list. What do you guys think of this, will I be tabled, win everything or just be playing some fun balanced games?

Heroes:
Lord Celestant on stardrake (General) - Mirrorshield, shielded by faith, keen-clawed
Lord Celestant on dracoth
Lord Relictor- Abjuration

Battleline:
5 Liberators
5 Liberators
5 Liberators

Dracothian guard:
2 Concussors
2 Concussors
2 Fullminators

2000 points on the dot.

Cheers
