I was looking to buy the Stormcast Eternal battletome on the app.

There look to be two: One has a cover with a Liberator on it facing forward. That one says it's "unavailable".

The other has a Liberator on it facing to its left. That one goes for $19.99.

What is the difference, if any, between the two of these?

Those are the original Stormcast battletome and the modern one. The original only had that core stormcast stuff and was later supplemented by the Extremis chamber book which is also visible but unavailable for purchase.

The modern book has the latest iteration of those rules, the new units that were added to the stormcast to flesh them out, as well as the extremis stuff.

The recently released book (the only one available on the app) is a combination of the previous two books. The one that is available contains all currently available Stormcast units.
