Ok so I run a largely mobile Valkyrie list, Big emphasis on movement with my tactics. I always run a squadron of wyverns and or basilisks for added punishment and they often do not move.

What are the rules for an Aegis Defense Line?

Can the enemy move/assault through it or do they have to go around?

Are there rules for how and where it is placed and so forth?

Can the weapon attached to it be assaulted?

The defense line is battlefield debries. You can check the definition of that in the BRB.
