If I use the Orbital Assault rite of war with Iron Warriors and Perturabo, and use drop pods for my Tactical Squads, can the other half of the pods be rolled for on turn 1 (because of Perturabo) or do they still have to be rolled for starting turn 2?

The remainder are rolled for normally - which thanks to your primarch is now turn 1.
