Blood Disciples Army: 1850 Points.

(Everything has MoK and VotLW, I apologise for not mentioning I just get ideas caught up in my head and I forget to put basic information that I know but shouldnt be assumed others know, my apologies, also with the detachment VotLW is free).
Chaos Warband.
Chaos Lord: (AoBF, Khorne Hound, SoC) 165 pts.
1 x Chosen: 100 pts.
4 x Chaos Space Marines: (4 Power Axes) 400 pts.
1 x Chaos Bikers: (2 Flamers) 101 pts.
1 x Havocs: (4 Flamers, 4 CCW) 109 pts.

Raptor Talons.
Chaos Lord: (Gorefather) 105 pts.
3 x Raptors: (4 meltaguns, 2 flamers) 365 pts.

Lost and The Damned.
Dark Apostle: 115 pts.
4 x Chaos Cultists: 280 pts.

Total: 1849

Any reccomendations?

Well Chaos Marines cant get 4 power axes in a squad, and you have no AA and nothing in your army shoots over 12 inches, and every SM list in the world has a dreadnaught in it now, so 2 DS raptor squads is kinda thin on armor killers.

Even if you make it to combat, you are relying on your lord to kill basically everything, as your Marine Squad with 1 Power axe isnt gonna get you very far.

Drop one of your 3 detachments and spend some money getting some effective units on the board. Spawn, A rhino for the chosen squad, and a talisman on your jumper lord instead of Gorefather immediately jump out, followed by maybe add a maulerfied, a vindicator, or a 3 pack of deep striking Helbrutes so your opponent has to shoot at something other than the lord, which is currently the only threat.

How are the chosen 100 pts, when they cost 90. What did you give them?

If you have 4 units of CSM with power axe on the champ thats. 90 pts pr. unit. Thats 360 pts.

Chaos bikers with 2 flamers and an extra biker is 100 pts.

Add up your points right and and re-write the list and I'll be happy to comment on it
