My local gaming store is having a SWA campaign and i have chosen GSC to use, i have played SWA once before so I dont know if this is a good start for a campaign or not?

Neophyte Leader - web pistol, powerpick = 245 pts

Neophyte Initiate - autogun = 70 pts

Neophyte Initiate - autogun = 70 pts

Neophyte Heavy - heavy stubber, clip harness = 200 pts

Neophyte Heavy - flamer, combat blade = 115 pts

Neophyte Hybrid - shotgun = 80 pts

Neophyte Hybrid - shotgun = 80 pts

1000 pts on the dot, Any ideas on how to improve it?

That seems like a huge investment for your leader, imho. I'd scale it back and look at an extra mini etc, personally

Hey,

I've yet to play GSC. But, from my experience anyway. 22 games and counting.

As a harlie player I wouldn't like to face your list.
Not because anything in particular is scary, but Mass Fire is where my army falls down. I need to dash from cover to cover I couldn't run right at you. Which makes sense.

I've seen flamers being used effectively by other players. Any Sustained Fire weapon is great also. Only downside to Sustained Fire weapons is needing to roll to set off the alarm for each shot. Also more prone to going out of ammo.
I'd get a reload asap on him just to make sure you don't lose your long range weapon.

You do have the magic number (9) for your army.
