Hooooly cow... thats stunning.

I have Ironjawz planned once I finish my Sylvaneth and I am actually planning a similar black metal theme for them. I do believe I will be using these as source material!

Great work!

The Gore-gruntas are really very good. In the picture, the dirt and the fur look very much like the same color. I think I would have made the dirt a different color (lighter?) to help make the models pop more, rather than blend in.

The Gordrakk though is stunning. I like the first and last pictures the best. The choice of ivory for the bone spikes was brilliant. Much better effect than the dark brown on the GW model. Your contrast here is awesome. This model makes me want to finish up my multiple armies so that I can have a reason to start collecting orcs!

Seriously great work (and you managed to make the gruntas not look like cartoons!)

What is your technique for doing the metal armour plates on the boars?

Prime black, heavy dry-brush with GW Warplock Bronze, light drybrush with silver, dust with some rust pigment in a couple of spots, then seal it all with Testors Dullcote.

That is some serious display-case work right there. The black armor is so well done.

Thank you. I often doubt my skills when I see some of the stuff that is out there but keep going and try to get better. It's a constant competition between my imagination and my ability to execute the idea.

Beautifully done! love the clear resin water (something I have NO idea how to do) but it makes this mini (or largi) spectacular!

I think I agree. And not just lighter or darker, but a different hue entirely. It's also possible that the grass tufts are too close to the skin of the riders as well. I've heard you can wash and drybrush those and really get them to have some variation. Maybe introduce more of the grey stone colour?

Matting out the metal was really smart. It turned out great.

That resin base for the Maw-Krusha is amazing. And the model as well. And the way the faces of the piggies pinken as it gets closer to their teeth looks amazing.

Balance in pick up games? Two people, each with their own goals for the game, design half a board game on their own without knowing the layout of the board and hope it all works out. Good luck with that. The faster you can find like minded individuals who want the same things from the game as you, the better.
