Units Deep Striking into Ruins are placed on the ground floor. (BRB 162).

But when it is a Land Raider or Monolith sized unit, is it simply treated as Wobbly Model Syndrome (BRB 20) ... the dimensions slash borders of where the model "should be" temporarily marked with a row of dice (or similar markers) until it moves off of that terrain because no two models (a unit and a terrain piece) can comfortably (comfortably for the model's owner, that is) occupy the same space?

Thank You.

That depends on how you defined your ruin. If it is impassable for the Landraider/Mono due to your given reasons, you will suffer a mishap. If not, you could try to place it on top of it or use the wobbly model syndrome.

Orks tend to charge through the walls of Ruins taking a dangerous terrain test in the process, so why would it be impassable? Difficult Terrain at best according to the RAW, no?
