Exciting times for Warhammer 40K! Rumors and announcements abound and people are losing their ever loving minds over each new tidbit! While I don't have any new information, I DO have a brand new Glacial Geek Battle Report! https://youtu.be/Ar-bMYN7l9o This week my Genestealer Cult take on the Grey Knights! The uprising came suddenly. They shut down the major centers of industry on the planet and killed the Planetary Leadership in perfectly planned and executed strikes. With the Arbites and the Planetary Defense Force getting overwhelmed a plea for help was sent out. Upon receiving the message, the Inquisition began to parse the words to uncover what was befalling the Imperial planet. They spoke of a cult rising from the lower echelons of society, rising up to overthrow the planetary government. A basic rebellion, though, was of no real consequence to the Inquisition. Further in the message, though, they discovered mention of inhuman creatures leading the uprising. Multi-armed monsters appearing out of nowhere. It sounded like a daemonic incursion so a Grey Knight Nemesis Strike Force was dispatched to handle the situation. Upon their arrival, though, they realized this was not the work of the Dark Gods, but a foul force of xenos. This planet was infested by a Genestealer Cult ... Will the Sons of Titan be able to quash the uprising and return order to the planet, or will the followers of the Four-Armed God prove too potent and wily for the Ordo Malleus? Watch and find out!

Two amazingly well done armies. Enough to make one jealous with the variety you get to play against.

An awesome game between two gorgeous armies! I do feel like the Grey Knight list was way stronger, especially with that Knight Atrapos in there. Still, those Genestealers nearly bagged it. Here's hoping 8th edition doesn't nerf your new Genestealer Cult army too much!

My armies (re-counted and updated on 11/1/23, including modeled wargear options):
Dark Angels: ~15000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Adeptus Custodes: ~1900 | Imperial Knights: ~2000 | Sisters of Battle: ~3500 | Leagues of Votann: ~1200 | Tyranids: ~2600 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000

Thank you! Yeah my friend is a pretty stellar painter! I love his work :-D ... I am DEFINITELY lucky to have a wide range of opponents up here ... We have a good community in Alaska :-D

Yeah he had a strong list, but I really wanted to see how my Genestealer Cult would handle a Knight ... Pretty well it turns out! :-D
