Come someone point me to anything giving information on unit activation in 8th ed? Are we still IGOUGO? Command points to activate? I know I saw something somewhere but just can't track it down

You mean in CC? First round whoever charged goes first, all round after that is based on movement stat it sounds like.

we dunno turn order yet. and honestly it's proably easily changed if you dislike it.

If you mean going away from IGOUGO, that's highly unlikely. We're probably not going to be seeing a Malifaux-like unit-activation.
