Well here is my last tourney for 7th edition. Can not say I am going to miss this edition.
This is a competitive tourney list for 2000 pts.
There is also a rating for each army based on units and 1rst day your army rating will be matched with other armies close to your rating score.
I am looking for feedback please.

Plan is to see if I am going first to use the Black Guardians to null deploy if going second.

Group the Farseer, autarch and Skyweavers together

Archon Shadowseer and Wraith guard drop in and torch my biggest threat

Try to keep bikes on objectives and near other units to use my Ynnari powers to reshoot as much as possible.

Some points -

You are 1 unit away from the 2xSoulburst ability for each of your Reborn Warhosts.

I'm away from my books at the moment and not sure exactly what you want with the Ulthwe Strike Force, but I am relatively certain that you only get them to come in turn 1 if there are 4 units in the formation.

Hmmm well that would explain why so many people had 4 units, Please feel free to criticize any changes that would make this list better.

As stated the tourney rewards the well balanced list, Removing the wraith knight would put this list at a much better rating for the first day. But it brings so much. to the table.

How do you plan to null deploy. I think you need 4 USF units in order to enter from reserves on turn 1.

I'm away from my books, but I would try to move the first Reborn Warhost into the other and the USF. Take the two units of Scatbikes and stick them in the USF, then pick which two of the three HQ's you want to keep (I can see the choice being difficult - the way my dice roll, i would want to keep the farseer, but the archon and Autarch are more integral to your strategy here). Move points about as necessary - once again, away from books so that is about what i've got.

I read through buckeye battles rulepack and it says you have to field 50% of your army. (Can only reserve 50%). So that tactic wouldn't work too well.
