Freezing to death outside the Fang

I'm looking to add some raven guard allies for my vlka fenryka, I was wondering what would be best to build from a BaC box for them, I'm looking to make two 10 man tac squads and I'm not sure what to build the last 10 tacticals as, I'm torn between making support squads, recon squads, headhunters or a jump pack command squad. suggestions on what to build the two charters and terminators as would also be great as I'm not to sure what I want to do with them. I'm looking to do something fairly fluffy and am leaning towards using the recon company formation for them as it has good synergy (fluff and game wise) with the XIXth.

Personally I would suggest using the liberation force row instead of the recon company as it will allow you to take terminators as well as get zealot and d3 for slay the warlord. For the normal marines I would suggest turning ten into a plasma support squad which will be able to get in rapid fire range fast using infiltrate. For the terminators I would give them combi bolters and ravens talons so that they can shoot at range and get initiative hits with rending on 6 plus master crafted. Finally I would take the praetor as is with the termies and drop the chaplain unless you need to make points. If you want to run the Raven guard by themselves or with non space marine allies I would suggest the decapitation strike row as it gives you same serious benefits against characters and the units they join.
