Does the Storm of Fire Invocation affect Markerlights on Pathfinders since they are Pulse Weapons?

NO.
Markerlights have their own profile which does not say they are pulse weapons.
It just so happens that marker lights are attached to pathfinder pulse carbines, which have their own profile.

And even that is purely aesthetic and just for pathfinders.
All other Markerlights are either their own device or attached to other weapons/systems.

Marker Lights don't roll to wound.
So, it could, but, that would be meaningless.

No, it cannot benefit from Storm of Fire(Not a pulse weapon).
Also Storm of fire effects the number of shots, nothing to do with wounds; so.. you are wrong on that account as well.
