This seems like a nice Mech list, albeit one that will excel against fellow Mech lists and (apart from the flamer Vets) likely prove dismal against horde or MEQ armies. Chuck heavy flamers on your chimeras instead of bolters, it's free and much more effective in my opinion.

It's nice to see someone actually use the Rough Riders. Cheap as chips and surprisingly effective if they are initially ignored. Don't get attached to those fellas, anything targetting them will remove them from the field quickly enough.

Normally I'd be iffy about Scions decked out solely with volley guns (despite using them myself) but against your regular opponents it seems a suitable fit.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
I also notice zero anti-air capability here, might consider something there. Skyfire missile launchers are pricey for your Vets but could certainly be worth it as they can still fire from the safety of the Chimera.

Personally I would try and fit in some kind of artillery, in my experience they work wonders when facing gun-line based armies like the Tau and other IG, Tau especially as you can use them to barrage dug priority infantry like markerlights.

A single Wyvern can cause a lot of damage.

Personally I wouldn't take any sponsons on the Russ', they're expensive and more often than not, not going to be used all that often to justify the costs. With the two vanquishers and the lascannons, you should be able to annihilate a hammerhead in a single volley anyway, unless you've got a small board you're not all that likely to get the melta guns close enough to fire them on enemy armor.
