Hi, i want to build a deathguard Vectorium. I like the Warband, but dont have the models. I thus want to run a force of plague marines as a plague colony. However, are plague marines objective secured? Many thanks x

Does it say anywhere that they are? If not, they are not.

Might be more valuable to explain what you don't get. In the case of the vectorium they may or may not have Objective Secured. Specifically the units that make up the Chaos Warband have ObSec, everything else does not. The Warband can't contain any plague marines though.
