The Blood Gorgons have an intense sense of brotherhood despite being fully steeped in Chaos and even have blood relations- they are bonded with another Brother by having one of their hearts transplanted with somebody's elses.

Likely only their battle brothers. Even regular Space Marines (with the notablr exception of the Salamanders) find it difficult to care about regular humans other than as their mission or loyalty to the Imperium dictates. They don't even have romantic feelings, so neither would CSMs.

But loyalty to battle brothers? Sure. Remember that most CSMs turned traitor simply because their loyalty to their chapter was greater than their loyalty to the Imperium. Other than that though, likely not. But that's not unique to the Chaos variety.

Yes they definitely can care for one and other. As others have said some marines joined out of legion or chapter loyalty. But on the flip side yes some also don't care about other csm, like Kharn

It depends on what Legion or Warband it is.
For the most part every Legion (except the Iron Warriors), have a sense of brotherhood to them.

Ahriman is the most caring of all chaos marines as far as I know. He basically did something wrong because he wanted to save his brothers. And even after his mistake he continued his journey to find a cure, and that's his whole mission so that his brothers could return to form. Magnus too treats his legion as his sons and is caring towards them too. Not sure about the others though.

The short story 'Enyalius, In Memorandum', shows us that even crazed World Eaters having their brain chewed by the butcher's nails can care for each other.

If they're not totally insane - which most CSM are due to mutation (Spawn), intervention of the dark gods (Blood Slaughterers), and warp magik (Warp Talons), or regular insanity (NL) - maybe.

Long time exposure to the warp messes with the mind. VoTLW tells us that a lot of CSM have become basically consumed by bitterness and hatred. I'm sure they still have positive human elements within them, but just don't expect a lot.

In Dark Apostle there was a scene where a CSM realised that he had been permanently infected by a tyranid creature. He was forced to commit suicide, and the squad showed sympathy for him. His best friend in the squad showed a lot of hardship in coming to terms with this fact.

tl;dr yeah, the sane CSM can still feel positive human emotions

Also the Crimson Slaughter of all Warbands feel a brotherly bond to each other as well. Who would have guessed the degenerates of degenerate chaos possessed mutants would still have sentimental feelings.

The leader of the night lords crow? Something like that loved the navigator woman. She became pregnant with someone's kid and before the ship was destroyed he sent her and baby's daddy off in a ship to save them.

No more or less than other marines. As inhuman monstrosities, biological weapons created for the sole purpose of making war, all marines have a problem "feeling for" other beings. It's beyond their area of expertise. They're much more used to simply killing other beings than empathizing with them, and they're biologically built to kill other beings rather than to emphatize.

The people in the past who convinced themselves to do unspeakable things were no less human than you or I. They made their decisions; the only thing that prevents history from repeating itself is making different ones.
