Chapter Master of my homebrew Chapter. Criticism welcome. Also, what level of painting does this fall under? Beginner/TT/Good or Great?

Table Top at most, I'd say. Your brushwork is quite clean, with minimal paint slops and such. But your model needs depth. A good wash and a highlight layer (be it edge or surface highlighting) would bring it up to a much better looking model.

That cloak looks great! Its a nice TT level.

I can't tell if the paint is a blood angel red in dark light, or a blood red.

It is Mephiston red, washed with Carroburg Crimson. Should I edge highlight with Astorath Red (A dry compound) or use Wazzdakka Red or Scarlet Crimson(or w/e its name its)
