i saw someone mention this game earlier and was wondering if anyone has tried it and how it plays?
are there free rules anywhere?

If you go to the relicblade website, you will find the rules. I believe you have to at for a digital copy though. The game is cheap if you buy the pdf's and use other minis.

There are gameplay videos on youtube from Ash under gorilla miniature games. That should give you an idea of how to play and a playthrough or two.

The game is great, has an awesome theme, an awesome creator, and great metal minis. Recommended.
