It's built around the vault. Wraiths with D. Lord shoot up as fast as possible, lychstar veil up and pop solar staff, both to provide imminent threats to drag fire away from the Vault, trying to keep it alive for 2 turns till it reaches enemy deployment zone where it shoots and thunderblitzes.

D. Cult is there to soften up 3+ targets and the occasional 2+ target.
