Good morning/day/evening night!
My name is Lum, I am 24 years old and from Austria. I am into wargaming for over 13 years now. I started out with the Lord of the Rings tabletop game, but sadly that collection went missing while moving. Then, about 11 years ago, I stumbled upon the White Dwarf and was immediately sucked into Warhammer 40.000, and that fascination stayed until today. I started out with Black Templars, aquired then a quite sizeable Guard army I expanded over the course of years and finally remodeled my Black Templars to Salamanders.
This leads to my current burst of activity. I am not a terrible painter but sadly bloody lazy, so most of my army is still plastic gray. So my attention right now is now paid to getting some paint on my models.
Salamanders:
I have about 5000 pts of Space Marines. I decided to organize them as the 4th Company of the Salamanders, led by Captain Dak'Tyr. The majority of the Battle Company is assembled, but as I said, lacks some paint. My next projects are a new command squad and a suitable model for the captain. I already have an idea for them, but more on that at another place.
Guard:
My regiment is the 147th Velorian, an heavy infantry regiment specializing in urban warfare, supported by tanks of the 10th Tremolian. This army is a bit on ice, but I have quite a few ideas on how to expand them.
