Mulling over a potential Khorne list, monster centric pulling on the command abilities of all four Monster heroes in order to delivery the punch fast and hard.

Skaarac as general will give run and charge to all Khorne monsters in the vicinity
Council of Blood gives all the bloodthirsters back their command abilities with the wrath of khorne bloodthirster giving the 30 man bloodletter blob the chance to run and charge and the other pair deliverying charging rerolls.

The list doesnt reinvent the wheel but how effective do you guys reckon it can be?

I think it could be pretty good. I run a more supported list of Council and Gore Pilgrims. Yours is more pure face smash and a lot of threats.

One thing I would change is just run both items as Crimson Crowns the fact you can double stack with blood thirsters is insane. I just tried out triple crown and the extra attacks generated can just be overwhelming for the opponent.
