Hello all.

Came up with a 2k list and would appreciate any feedback, I realise 2k for mortarion is possibly a point sink or overkill, but Literally just got the model and really wanted to try him out (got a game against 40k force on wed). Its a pretty straight forward list, nothing to complex, Mortarion and the deathshroud run in the spartan, vets in rhinos possibly outflank or move up alongside/taking objectives and sicarian for some firepower support.

This will pretty much be my first game with my 30k death guard that I have just started collecting and can not wait to try them out.

You don't have the mandatory 2 compulsory troops. You'll have to trade out at least 2 of them for Tactical squads, but if you keep the squad size to 10, you could also trade out the Sicaran for a Land Raider Phobos. Give your tacticals the extra combat weapon and a rad grenade for the sergeant. Your Death Shroud only need 1 rad grenade.
