Warhammer Age of Sigmar : Skirmish dropped and an FAQ-worthy question comes to mind.

It would appear that the paragraph SKIRMISH FORMATION on pg 16 is rather clear. Each Model = One Unit. This interpretation seems to be backed up by the last sentence of the same paragraph that specifies special equipment options that formerly had an effect on every figure in that unit "still have an effect on friendly models within 6" that are chosen from the same Warscroll." So far, so good.

Since I play Skaven, the Book Of Woes Ability of any specially equipped Plague Monk 'Bringer Of The Word' seems greatly amplified. Roll 1d6 for every unit (including the bearer) within range. All affected Nurgle units take a Mortal Wound on 6. All affected non-Nurgle units take a Mortal Wound on a 4+. That should be renamed the Book Of WOW!

Likewise, the Skaven Warlord's Command Ability seems greatly diminished. Pick a single Verminus unit within range to receive one additional attack per figure.is suddenly reduced to pick a single Verminus figure within range.. Whoops.

Is this your interpretation also?

Thanks, Tom

Yes, that would be correct. It also makes things with an aura very powerful because the aura can stack multiple times for each model within range; imaging if you had like 2 Putrid Blightkings in combat with a model, you would have two chances to heal the Blightkings/deal mortal wounds to enemies.
