Okay so I am going to be going to the event at my FLGS this Saturday and I have been thinking about the best approach to take.

My basic plan is:

Mission 1: Put my army Wyldwood at the end of the board, then spawn another where I am. I can then teleport over and get a third of my force across. If I cannot do this, then I will rely on the Free Spirits formation to leg it/chase down the enemy.

Mission 2: Little uncertain over this one. Plan is to have a central wildwood and then spread outwards capturing the various terrain pieces.

Mission 3: Rely on remaining Kurnoth to win the day.

Army Composition (I have been told by organizer its free to play with points. No rule of one, summoning restriction or minimum battle line)

Mission 1 - 1500pts

Durthu
Branchwraith (spawn dryads) - has regeneration and I plan on giving her an item to get the spawn wildwood ability as well
Free Spirits Detachment
6 Hunters with scythe
6 hunters with swords
3 hunters with bow

Mission 2 - 1000pts

Branchwraith
6 Hunters with scythe
6 hunters with swords
3 hunters with bow

Mission 3 - 500pts

Branchwraith
3 Hunters with scythe
3 Hunters with bow

I did consider other options, the fact you have to use the same pool is quite limiting. Last march of the Ents is tough fit at 500pts and they can be a mixed bag. I don't trust tree revenants, as good as they would be in mission 2. Dryad spam seemed to be awkward you need big units and formations that don't neatly squeeze into 500pts (If I could take the starter box formation with 20 dryads for example). I don't think I can cram Durthu into the 1000pts game.

Note: By the end of the week I should have 5 citadel woods and since a "Sylvaneth Wyldwood" is 1-3 of them I intend to fill most of the board. Not sure how relevant that is.

In an ideal world I would maybe want an Ancient instead of the Brachwych to stop her being sniped.

If the event organizers are smart you won't be able to fit a 3-wood wyldwood on the board at all, and be heavily restricted on options beyond that. But I don't know your local store and how much terrain they drop down.

The maps are relatively open, setting it down won't be an issue and for most missions I only need the one. Main reason I want a large one is to stop the enemy blocking me by standing near the wood.

I am not exactly sure what they could do short of outright banning me from spawning Wyldwoods. So after a look at the book I realized that I can take the Acorn of Ages and get my second Wyldwood at my deployment area.

Frankly with restrictions on summoning or magic I fully expect to be up against some horrible death and daemon lists. So I am going for objectives.
