I think it's legal, but, think about these changes.

Drop AF squads for two more russes. The lower armor of the chimera makes this a target for lower strength weapons. With the Russ hulls, only S8 and above can damage you, while with Chimeras you are threatened by S7 and above.

Also, think about changing either the command tank or tank ace to a vanquisher to help with anti-tank.

Also, Leman Russes are traditionally anti infantry. Swapping the hull lascannons for heavy bolters will save points and give you more shots against hordes if your battle cannon is destroyed.
