Do Marked Daemons from Heretic Astartes benefit from God-specific Chaos Daemon abilities and powers? I know that the Daemon specific abilities are not shared by them, as they are not on the dataslates (Disgustingly Resilient, Quicksilver etc), but can they be the target of God-specific powers, for example? Can't find much on this.

If the keywords match, I don't see why not. The god related abilities dont specify faction Daemons, just the keyword.

Edit: Comprehension fail, you're referring to Psychic powers and stuff. I leave my shame below but on your question, I'm not actually sure. I assume so as they have the tags but Heretic Astartes Daemons have the "Tag" Daemon. While Chaos Daemons have a "Faction Tag" Daemon. It looks like the powers don't differentiate but it's interesting that they are technically different.
Spoiler:

SHAME:
They do not. You'll note that Chaos Daemons units have the specific rules on their Datasheets just as most Heretic Astartes unit have "Death to the False Emperor" on their Datasheet. (But importantly Cultists do not).

That section details the abilities commonly found on the Datasheets to save space, but without the special rule on the datasheet the unit cannot make use of it.

By the 37 keys of Tzeentch,We open the way for our brothers,
By the 1000 whispers of Slaanesh we call to them,
By the 12 plagues of Nurgle we fell their enemies,
And by the mighty axe of Khorne we cut open the world for them!

You'll also notice that the <Deamon> keyword is in the "faction keywords" section for Daemon units, whereas CSM units have <Daemon> in their generic keyword section.

If it isn't on the datasheet, the unit doesn't get it. None of the Daemon units in the CSM list have any patron benefits listed so none of them get them.

However, it should be noted that any rule that affects a Daemon of a specific "mark", it will still affect CSM units with that keyword.

For example, Heralds of Tzeentch give +1 str to all <Tzeentch Daemons> within range. A CSM Heldrake with mark of <Tzeentch> is also a <Daemon> and would be affected if near a Heralrd of Tzeentch

Huh... so a TzDisk Herald escorting a TzHeldrake can bump up the 'drake's Baleflamer...

That's interesting... (not sure if it's any good).

Well, not really. Herald bonuses improve the S "characteristic" of the model. So the Heldrake's melee would be improved, but not its ranged weapons

I'm not sure that works that way with the developer guide ruling on regiments and chapters.

<Mark of Chaos> is specifically in the faction keyword for CSM. Assigning it to the same name as the Herald ability would violate the same ruling they used for <Regiment> not being able to have a space marine chapter name.

This is just like a unique character like Pedro using his rules on another faction like Guard because their <regiment> is "Crimson Fists">.

IMO, they need to rule specifically in an FAQ or the herald abilities only impact faction Daemons not keyword Daemons....

I am not sure what all that <Regiment> stuff is, but it looks pretty clear that <Regiment> is not <Chapter Tactic>
However <Mark of Chaos> if very clearly replaced by <Tzeentch> or <Khorne> or <Slaanesh> or <Nurgle> in all instances.
A model only needs <Daemon> and one of those 4 keywords in order to be affected by a matching Herald.

No FAQ is needed
